What’s for lunch this week?

Getting bored with the same ol chicken salad each day? I needed a mix up and when I saw some tzatziki in the grocery isle, I knew exactly where this was going.

Check out this easy lunch chicken wrap.

Ingredients:

1 Tortilla

Sliced Grilled Chicken

Hand full of Spinach

2 tbsp Tzatziki

1 tbsp Feta Goat Cheese

Sliced Strawberries

You guessed it… add all ingredients (sans strawberries) to the tortilla and wrap it up into a yummy burrito.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
