Our Tune Up Sessions are an opportunity to take a moment for yourSelf. To step out of the day and give yourself a consistent path to rejuvenation. Aroma Fusion is a quiet return. Intuition guides the experience, while aromatherapy and gentle touch create the pathway back to balance. This session meets you where you are, releasing stagnation and inviting your nervous system into deep rest. Essential oils act as allies, bodywork as the bridge—helping you soften, settle, and reconnect with yourself. What to Expect • A short check in to shed the day and tune into your body’s needs • Intuitive Touch and AromaPoint Therapy, using essential oils at key points on the body • Gentle techniques drawn from Aroma AcuPoint, Somatics, Reiki, Breathwork, and Herbalism • A deeply attuned, personalized experience—no two sessions are the same • A note on touch: Aroma Point Therapy requires skin contact. Clients are encouraged to wear minimal clothing while comfortably draped under a blanket. More than a single moment of relaxation, Aroma Fusion is a rhythm of renewal—a practice of remembering yourself.
