In this 15-20 minute session, we can: ✨ Offer general guidance on safe, widely supportive herbs for sleep, mood, immunity, and more ✨ Blend custom herbal teas suited to your preferences or wellness goals ✨ Curate thoughtful gifts from our apothecary selection ✨ Provide follow-up links or written approval for custom blends (if meeting via Zoom) This consultation is not a deep-dive into health concerns but rather a space for accessible, everyday herbal wisdom. For more in-depth support, please explore our Somatic Herbalism offerings. A $35 fee supports our time and expertise, ensuring dedicated attention to your herbal needs.
Cancellation Policy
Session cancellations are required by no less than 24. Please note that as a small business we do our best to accommodate as many clients as we can each week. Cancelations can always be accommodated but we request advanced notice to attempt to fill your spot
