This session meets you where you are, releasing stagnation and inviting your nervous system into deep rest. Essential oils act as allies with the bridge of bodywork —helping you to release, restore, and rejuvenate. What to Expect • A grounding conversation to shed the day and tune into your body’s needs • Gentle breathing practices or guided meditation initiate our moments of presence • Lay back, close your eyes, and relax; as we invite diluted essential oils at key points on the body • Gentle techniques drawn from Aroma AcuPoint, Somatics, Reiki, Breathwork, and Herbalism • A deeply attuned, personalized experience—no two sessions are the same • A note on touch: Aroma Point Therapy requires skin contact. Clients are encouraged to wear minimal clothing while comfortably draped under a blanket.
