You are a completely unique and profoundly individual manifestation of nature. We wish to hold space for you to explore fully and celebrate through dance! Liberate your body, mind and spirit--release stagnant emotions and enter the present moment through exploring your unique expression of moving, dancing, playing and exploring. This is an all-ages, family-friendly community event. We are excited to share space and explore your limitless potential. Hosted by VPUY but facilitated by live DJS, Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation teachers and Sound Healers.
