Join our November Featured Teacher, Mathew Lopez and his partner Rose Waller for a Sound Bath Meditation with the intention to awaken into Gratitude. Beforehand, we gather together with Mathew and Rose in sacred circle to consider the meaning of Gratitude in our lives.

About the event

The intention for this fall gathering with Matthew and Rose is to bring a daily pracrice of GRATITUDE into our lives and to embody gratitude within ourselves. During this event, we will share and concentrate on what we are truly grateful for in a structured share circle environment. Participants will then be invited to relax and to bring awareness and have intentions toward healing and centering with flutes, gong, singing bowls, drums and many other healing vibrational sounds that Matthew and Rose will explore and share in this sound bath meditation.

Matthew Lopez is a flutist who plays for Yoga on the Sand with Maxwell on Sunday mornings a 8:30 am and on Thursdays for Sunset Flow at 6 pm with Jessy at Marina Park. Matthew is a musician and Music therapist who intuitively guides sound baths with the intention to bring deep healing into participants’ experience. Matthew is deeply committed to being of service to the world and I especially the community of Ventura.

Rose Is a holistic practitioner, massage therapist and sound practitioner in Ventura. She is passionate about being in good health through a holistic approach to livibig and she strives to help others on tgeir own unique health journey.

Together Matthew and Rose create potent energy to awaken deep relaxation and peace within their participants.
